Killed productions

This is a logo for a production company.  I like this logo because it is very simple, but effective.  It has a clever idea behind it and makes it look as though the i has been killed and dropped down.  This logo makes me smile, I find it amusing and I feel for this reason it stands out.  I feel the colour pallet is correct as it is quite plain, so doesn't distract from the idea.
